DO I NEED TO SET-UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

 

You do not need to set-up an account to place an order. However, we do advise you to set-up an account in order to benefit from our services such as:

 

1. Adding items to your WishList including sold out items.

2. Staying up to date with our new arrivals.

3. Receiving curated newsletters on trend reports and season must-haves.

4. Getting a notification once we start our season sales.

5. Having the option to track your orders and orders’ history.

6. Requesting an item return directly from your account.

7. Receiving a credit note if you chose the ‘Cash on Delivery’ option.

8. Saving your delivery address and card details for a faster checkout during your next purchase.

 

 

HOW DO I SET-UP AN ACCOUNT?

 

To set-up your account on fashpick.com simply click on the ‘Register’ icon on the top right of our home page and follow the steps mentioned. 

 

WHAT DO I DO IF I AM HAVING TROUBLE ACCESSING MY ACCOUNT?

 

If you have an account registered and forgot your password, click on the ‘forgot password’ tab and you will receive an email on how to re-set your password. If you are experiencing any other technical difficulties/issues kindly contact us at customercare@fashpick.com with a description of the trouble you are facing. Kindly note our working hours are 9am to 8pm.

 

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION IS CONFIDENTIAL?

 

We at FASHPICK take personal information and data security very seriously therefore any personal information you provide us is stored in secure servers. We use a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Technology to encrypt all online payments done through fashpick.com. Kindly check our Privacy Policy section for full details on any additional information.

 

DOES FASHPICK DO ANY SEASONAL SALES?

 

Our seasonal sales usually take place twice a year. Occasional promotions may come up throughout the year, kindly register an account with us to stay up to date on any promotions and sales.

 

HOW DO I SELECT A PAYMENT CURRENCY?

 

We currently use only Saudi Arabian Riyals on our website.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED BY FASHPICK?

 

We accept payments done by credit cards using Visa and MasterCard. We also have a ‘Cash on Delivery’ option for purchases over SAR 10,000 subject to an additional SAR 25 delivery fee. Please note we do not accept cheques. For more details on Payment please click here

 

WHERE DOES FASHPICK SHIP?

 

FASHPICK is exclusive to shipping to KSA at the moment.

 

DOES FASHPICK SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

 

Currently we can only ship to one address per order.

 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES ON MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

 

Before an item has been dispatched for delivery, we are able to cancel or amend your order (changing the size depending on availability or editing the billing/shipping address). However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

 

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email confirming the dispatch of your item along with a tracking number to track the item online on the courier’s website. 

 

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

 

We currently offer a 14 day return for unused, unworn, undamaged and in original condition items with all tags and labels still attached. The item must be in full re-sellable condition. We offer a full refund on eligible returns as well as a credit note option to be used on fashpick.com only. For full details on our Return Policy please click here

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?

 

We offer a 3-5 working days for orders to be delivered. Please go through our  SHIPPING & DELIVERY section for more details.

 

 WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING AND RETURN CHARGES?

 

Shipping charges within the Kingdom are calculated upon checkout. An extra delivery fee is applied to orders paid for by cash on delivery for 25 SAR. Returns are charged on the customer and depend on the courier you will be selecting.

 

WILL I NEED TO SIGN MY PACKAGE ON ARRIVAL?

 

Yes, your package is insured right up to its reception therefore a signature is required upon delivery or you can have someone sign on your behalf if you are unavailable.

 

WHAT ARE THE DUTIES AND TAX COSTS?

 

There is no duty or tax costs, all our retail prices are inclusive.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR DEFECTED ORDER?

 

We usually guarantee a high quality and luxury service, however if you do happen to receive a damaged order or an item with a defect, we would like you to contact us at customercare@fashpick.com to provide you with our utmost customer service.

 

HOW DO I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?
