QUALITY CHECK PROCESS:
In order to be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, undamaged, unwashed and in the original state you received it in.
The item(s) must have all FASHPICK and designer tags still attached. Shoes must be returned in their original box along with the dust bags contained in the box. Returns not meeting our policies will be rejected and sent back to the customer.
If you wish to return your order, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange for a return by following our return process listed below. We will then issue a full refund for the duly returned item(s).
If you have purchased the item using a Credit Card then the refund will be returned to the card used within 7-14 working days due to varying processing times between payment providers, however, if you purchased the item with our ‘Cash on Delivery’ option then a credit note* will be issued under your account as 'account credit' in the refund amount to be used on fashpick.com.
*Kindly note, for system reasons, our guest checkout customers must create a full account on fashpick.com in order to generate the credit note.
The refund amount is equal to the returned item's purchase price excluding delivery.
1. Sign into your account on fashpick.com and click on My Orders and choose the order number(s) referring to the item(s) you wish to return.
2. Choose the item(s) you wish to return (Kindly note that if your return request is past the 14 day window, then it will automatically be rejected on the website).
3. Click on the ‘Return Order’ button.
4. Pack the item(s) you wish to return in their original labels and barcodes attached.
5. Attach the return label on the exterior of the package.
6. Our courier service will then contact you to arrange for the collection within 3-5 days from your request.
7. Our team will go through a quality check process of the returned item(s), if confirmed, a refund in the original form of payment (or credit note if Cash On Delivery) will be issued to you.
You can check the status of your return request on our website by singing into your account and choosing 'My Returns'.
If your order is received damaged, kindly arrange a return with us using the steps mentioned above as our Return Process.
The damaged item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order in the exact condition received in order to receive a full refund including delivery & handling charges, and taxes. Replacements are subject to availability.
Defected items are subject to returns, if you receive a defected item kindly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or follow the steps mentioned above as our Return Process to arrange for a return. Replacements are subject to availability.
Unfortunately we are not offering an exchange option at the moment, kindly use our Return Process mentioned above to return your item and place a new order for the replacement requested.

While the website strives to provide accurate products information (such as stock availability, pricing, products features, images and specifications) typographical errors may occur.
The colors of our products appear on the website will be displayed as accurately as possible. However, as the actual color you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor' display of any color will be accurate.
Errors may occur in the process of providing product/service and pricing information on the website. The website cannot confirm the pricing and total cost of a product/service until online checkout is completed. In the event that a product/service is listed and invoiced at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product/service information, the website hae the right, to either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event that we accept and process you order online, the total cost will be debited to your credit card account and notifying you by email that the payment has been processed.

Online order delivery is currently available only within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. However, we will update our website once we broaden our delivery channels and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Our working hours are from 8am to 8pm, and our delivery cut-off time is 3pm, any orders placed within these hours and by the cut-off time will be shipped and delivered within 3-5 working days within addresses listed in KSA.
Any orders placed outside these hours, or after the cut-off time, or on Fridays, or any other Public Saudi Holiday are subject to be shipped and delivered within 3-5 working days from the first working day following the holidays/Fridays.
Kindly note that for our ‘Cash on Delivery’ option an additional SAR 25 delivery fee is charged.
Once your order has left our facility, you will receive an email confirming the shipping of your item along with a tracking number to track the progress of your order online on the courier’s website provided.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our facility. Kindly note this may take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.
The website provides the possibility to purchase product(s) online and to settle payment online based on shipping, delivery method available in Saudi Arabia. Payment transactions including authorizations and settlements will be in Saudi Riyals.
We accept Credit Cards using Visa and/or MasterCard. We also have our ‘Cash on Delivery’ option* subject to the additional SAR 25 delivery fee mentioned in our 'SHIPPING & DELIVERY’ section.
For online payment transactions, customer will receive an order acknowledgement once the payment has been authorized. We cannot accept any liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit card supplier for any reason. You should check your bank credit card supplier for that.

Credit card details provided by you for benefiting from the online service will be thruthful, valid and accurate and you shall use the credit card which is lawfully owned by you. The said information will not be utilized and shared by the online service with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order.
The online service will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the responsibility to prove otherwise shall be exclusively on you.
In the event that we are unable to supply the full or portion of the order, we will inform you accordingly. A full or partial refund will be given to you via your method of payment. (Kindly refer to our returns section for more information).

Yes, your package is insured right up to its reception therefore a signature is required upon delivery or you can have someone sign on your behalf if you are unavailable.
