SHEARLING TO KEEP YOU WARM

 

The next on our list of Fall bag trends, shearling! It’s not strictly for your shoes, gloves, hats or coats, this season it even comes for your bags! Designers like Chloe, Saint Laurent and Bottega Venetta have all created their shearling edition this year.

 

We personally love this trend because it can easily transition to winter and also gives a sense of elevation to your casual day look.

Never thought clasp bags would be back in style? Well, we’d like to tell you, they are, but with an update. The classic clasp envelope bags have taken a refreshed look this season.

Just when you thought there couldn’t be more ways to wear a bag, in coming: the necklace bag.

 

Yes, you read that right! A bag to wear on your neck. It is significantly small and mostly fits your iPhone mini, or your AirPods and a few cards, maybe even some keys. But we actually love it for nights when you don’t feel like carrying a clutch around, or during the day if you’re in a rush and need a hands-free accessory bag.

 

THE NOSTALGIC SILHOUETTES

 

This season, fashion has had a fixation with reviving the 90’s mega trends. 

The Prada Cleo bag, which dropped in December, is already pegged as one of the year’s expected It-bags, which was first released in the 1990s by the Italian fashion house. It’s also not the only fashion house looking to the archives for its latest designs, with Gucci reissuing its Jackie 1961 bag—a staple of former first lady Jackie Kennedy. After all in fashion, everything old is new again.
